Please allow me to take this opportunity to briefly introduce ‘Transmatic’ for for your reference.
Established in 1998, our company began with a dedicated team of 53 staff members. Our headquarters is located in Taipei, with branch offices in Keelung, Taoyuan, and Tainan, as well as representative offices in Taichung and Kaohsiung.
Transmatic specializes in a wide range of freight forwarding services, including air and ocean export/import, customs clearance, logistics, exhibition cargo, project cargo, event traffic, and cross-trade business. We hold all necessary licenses to legally operate these services in Taiwan.
Currently, our operational volume consists of 55% air traffic and 45% ocean traffic, with 75% of our business focusing on exports and 25% on imports.
Staff and Customs Filing Systems
Transmatic currently employs 53 staff members:
37 staff in Taipei
6 staff in Tainan
10 staff in Taoyuan, Keelung, Taichung (REP) and Kaohsiung(REP)
We have our own customs filing systems for the following markets:
AMS for United States shipments
ACI for Canada shipments
AFR for Japan shipments.
ENS for European shipment
We have DG license for handling all DG procedure included DG packing , DG declaration .. etc.

At KRL, we go beyond just transportation services. We have integrated our systems with UK customs, allowing for faster clearance of goods. Additionally, we offer guidance on document preparation and submission, facilitating the processing of shipments. Our clients benefit from our online portal, which provides real-time updates on shipment progress and the condition of warehoused consignments. This superior tracking capability has helped build trust and enables monitoring that keeps us accountable.
Amplifying Support and Innovations.
Within the UK and Ireland, KRL operates 8 hubs and maintains a modern road haulage fleet. This infrastructure allows us to facilitate the pick-up and delivery of consignments to client premises or our hubs efficiently. We also offer warehousing facilities, custom packing, and pick and pack services, providing value-added support to our supply chain solutions. As the industry evolves, we continuously update our service range and technologies to meet the ever-changing local and global demands.
